Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of audio investment strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
  • Manage day-to-day planning, buying, stewardship, tracking, reporting, and optimization of audio campaigns.
  • Analyze media performance, audience insights, marketplace trends, and research to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Create and maintain media plans, authorizations, reporting dashboards, and campaign documentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Partner with internal teams including Strategy/Planning, Marketing Science, Digital Activation, Finance, and Client Leadership to deliver integrated media solutions.
  • Assist in developing client presentations, audio investment recommendations, and post-campaign wrap up reports/analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and agency stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance to ensure goals, timelines, and deliverables are met.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of new media opportunities, testing initiatives, and marketplace trends.
  • Utilize agency systems, tools, and research resources to inform planning, buying, reporting, and optimization efforts.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in media planning, buying, investment, or campaign management; audio experience preferred.
  • Understanding of traditional and digital audio media, including national/local radio, streaming audio, podcasts, and programmatic platforms.
  • Experience with industry tools such as Prisma, DCM, Podscribe, Claritas, Magellan AI, Podchaser, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
  • Comfortable presenting recommendations, results, and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business applications.
  • Eagerness to learn, develop media expertise, and take on increasing responsibility.
