Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist leading in group discussions and meetings.
- Effectively direct outside resources (photographers, illustrators, production companies, etc.).
- Identify and eagerly tackle any targeted need or opportunity.
- Create, organize and present effective and strategic presentations and help other team members do the same.
- Effectively work independently or as part of a team.
- Effectively manage their time to meet responsibilities and deadlines – and help others to do the same.
- Understand differences in digital platforms and confidently design for them.
- Understand video and broadcast production and confidently design for them.
- Teach those they manage effective and efficient use of certain tools in their work.
- Teach those they manage – and other colleagues – to pay attention to details.
Requirements
- Experience with and/or aptitude for the appropriate focus area.
- The capacity to be a successful, connected manager who strives to motivate his/her team to deliver their best rather than just the most .
- Some years of applicable, seasoned experience is assumed but not required.
- A college degree would be welcomed, knowledge and experience is often just as valuable.
Preferred
- College degree would be welcomed.
