Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead concepting and creative execution for large and small 360 campaigns.
Oversee and guide junior designers and project production.
Ensure creative ideas align with project strategy and cultural insight.
Confidently and professionally present creative concepts to clients.
Communicate rationale for creative direction.
Constructively respond to client feedback.
Collaborate with Copywriters and other creative team members to develop high-impact campaigns.
Work closely with Producers, Media and Account team members to ensure creative alignment with budgets and specifications.
Guide and mentor junior creative team members.
Provide constructive feedback on design and concepts.

Requirements

Experience: 7-10 years
Strong creative portfolio of high-level conceptual and executional campaign work.
Deep understanding and application of design principles
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Webflow (a plus).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
