Responsibilities

• lead ideas from concept through execution, elevating creativity across accounts, and providing feedback to fellow creatives.
• You’ll work across print, digital, video, social and whatever comes next—partnering closely with writers, designers, strategists, and video producers to create work that connects with people.
• You’ll help shape the work—not just make it.
• You contribute to client presentations and new business pitches
• You foster collaboration and help elevate the work through shared thinking
• You’re curious about emerging tools, including AI, and comfortable using them to support concepting,exploration, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Ability to work in our Boston office 2x/week (Tuesday/Wednesday), or more depending on shoot and project needs
• Ability to travel independently to shoots and client meetings when needed
• Mastery of creative tools (Adobe CS, Figma, Gen AI, etc.)
• 6–8 years of art direction experience developing and leading creative ideas
• A portfolio of work that showcases creativity and storytelling abilities
