Own the end‑to‑end marketing content and product materials while coordinating across teams to drive compelling client communications and data-driven product positioning.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance fund presentations, pitchbooks, sales ideas, and other marketing materials that support business development and client engagement efforts.
  • Manage and maintain product content, including fund information, portfolio manager biographies, website materials, and other client-facing resources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Gather and analyze market, portfolio, and competitive data to support product positioning, marketing recommendations, and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner across teams to create compelling presentation materials and content that support sales meetings, client conversations, and broader business development initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity, identifying insights that can inform product messaging and marketing strategy.
  • Support strategic projects and special initiatives that help drive product awareness, improve content effectiveness, and support business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in asset management, investment management, fixed income, mutual funds, product marketing, or a related field.
  • Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and fixed income concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Series 7 licenses or willingness to obtain required licensing after hire.

Preferred

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and technical acumen.
  • Experience supporting product marketing, product management, sales enablement, or investment communications.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as FactSet, Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, Seismic, or similar tools.
