Job Summary

Own the data backbone for marketing insights with a focus on governance, segmentation, and scalable reporting across channels and audiences.

  • Data governance and single source of truth: audits, quality checks, and compliant data sharing.
  • Segmentation and modeling: define audience models across propositions and programs.
  • Reporting and automation: dashboards and data apps that speed decision making.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and produce applicable insights.
  • Define Segmentation models across our propositions, programs and audiences.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure confidence in a single source of truth.
  • Develop data modeling and data appending from multiple sources to provide a deeper understanding and personalisations.
  • Help dentify status or membership type changes for members or students.
  • Establish and implement best practice, and roll out training relating to Data sharing requests to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Design dashboards and reports that track performance using relevant tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Use data visualization to present complex data.
  • Deliver new ways of applying technology and automation in reporting.
  • Provide support to Marketing operations to ensure their data sources are reliable and promote automation and streamlined customer journeys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience building dashboards and delivery insights to business teams
  • Experience using Python and Power BI for advanced modeling
  • Experience with SQL
