Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Refine your expertise in leveraging digital media channels for maximum impact—with a heavy focus on the Amazon Advertising suite (Amazon DSP, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and gain exposure to Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and other emerging retail media networks.
  • Support your clients and vendors; track, escalate, and solve client issues related to media performance, inventory, and retail readiness.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business goals, e-commerce/marketing objectives, and competitive constraints within the retail media landscape.
  • Work closely with your Manager and other Kepler team members to design and execute sophisticated, full-funnel media programs that deliver breakthrough client results.
  • Execute and monitor all aspects of campaign setup, pacing, and optimization; measure performance using sophisticated data analysis and retail metrics (e.g., ROAS, New-to-Brand, glance views).
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly, and annual client insights and strategy reports; leverage data from Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and other clean rooms to contribute to ongoing program analysis and closed-loop measurement.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of full-time digital optimization experience required, with a strong preference for hands-on experience running Amazon DSP and Amazon Sponsored Ads (or equivalent major Retail Media Networks).
  • Ability to “do what it takes” and manage a complex workload that spans program execution, continuous optimization, and client communications.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies.
  • Familiarity with SQL or Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with Pacvue is preferred
  • Excellent listening and communication skills with a strong ability to translate complex media metrics into actionable business insights for clients.
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to detail in a fast-moving marketplace environment.
  • Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, collaborative team environment.
