Job Summary
Own the creative strategy for paid social by turning performance data into bold, differentiated concepts and guiding production from script to delivery, with a pulse on TikTok/Meta trends and creator review.
- Own creative experimentation: develop original concepts and scripts that outperform benchmarks and stand out from ad libraries.
- Drive data-informed iteration: analyze metrics (ROAS, CTR, CAC, Thumbstop/Hold) and translate findings into actionable creative planning.
- Steer production and reporting: write scripts/shot lists, review creator footage against briefs, and build performance-driven creative reports.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Deep market and competitor research to find angles nobody else is saying
- Developing original ad concepts and scripts, always taking big swings and not just copying what you see in ad libraries
- Analyzing performance data (Thumbstop Rate, Hold Rate, ROAS, CTR, CAC) and translating it into a creative strategy
- Understanding how to iterate on what’s working
- Writing scripts and shot lists that guide creators and editors through production
- Building creative reports that explain what worked, what didn’t, and what we do next
- Staying ahead of TikTok and Meta trends and knowing when to use them vs. ignore them
- Reviewing creator footage against the brief to make sure they filmed everything correctly before handing off to the editor
