Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Understand the dynamics, goals, and challenges of each client’s business.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure integration across channels and strategies.
• Shape and guide the strategic direction for each client account, recognizing and advancing impactful ideas.
• Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities or risks.
• Use agency resources creatively to support client objectives and drive measurable results.
• Lead strategic conversations and develop solutions that deepen client partnerships.
• Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables with consistency and transparency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of client account management experience in digital media, with deep knowledge of paid search, social, and display
• Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines
• Proven experience leading large accounts and delivering exceptional client service.
• Ability to navigate complex client organizations and drive collaboration across teams
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and capable of creative problem-solving and critical thinking
• Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different personalities and work styles
• Experience in marketing strategy development and a proven ability to present strategic recommendations to clients
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
