Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Oversee the development and execution of client campaigns, ensuring all objectives are met and timelines are adhered to.
  • Facilitate collaboration between departments, proactively addressing roadblocks to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Lead daily and weekly campaign pacing reviews, ensuring alignment with client goals and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement campaign strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Act as the final quality control (QC) checkpoint to ensure all deliverables are accurate and high-quality.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure POs (Purchase Orders), invoices, and budgets are managed and fulfilled accurately.
  • Monitor and manage budget controls, schedule administration, and report drafting to support campaign success.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and obtain necessary clearances for advertising materials.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account management staff, fostering professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in digital media, advertising, or agency environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoho Suite (CRM, Books, Sign), and project management tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and external partners.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in progressive political causes or civic engagement campaigns.
  • Familiarity with emerging media trends, technology, and digital marketing strategies.
