Spring Studios is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our New York Account Management team. Working across fashion, luxury, beauty, lifestyle and consumer brands, you’ll lead the day-to-day management of projects spanning events, branding, advertising, social media, digital content and complex integrated campaigns.
You’ll oversee projects from the initial client brief through budgeting, planning, resourcing and production to final delivery. Working closely with clients and our Creative, Production and Finance teams, you’ll ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget and in line with both the strategic brief and Spring’s creative standards.
We’re looking for a multifaceted, proactive problem-solver with an eye for exceptional creative work and talent. You’ll be a clear, confident communicator who can build trusted client relationships, motivate internal and external teams and navigate changing priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Spring Studios is building out its New York team, and this role sits at the centre of that. You will be joining at a point where the US structure is being defined, with real scope to shape how the New York office works day to day, supported by the wider Spring Studios group.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
Build and nurture trusted client relationships across fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle and consumer brands. As the senior client contact based in New York, provide day-to-day coverage across US working hours and act as the primary point of contact for our US clients. Serve as a dependable day-to-day partner, maintaining clear communication and ensuring clients feel informed, supported and confident throughout every project.
Project Management
Lead the day-to-day management of projects from initial briefing through final delivery. Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, deliverables and approvals across events, branding, advertising, social media, digital and integrated campaigns.
Briefs, Proposals & Scope
Interpret creative briefs and translate client requirements into clear project approaches, proposals, statements of work, contracts, budgets and delivery plans. Help define project scope, objectives, milestones and responsibilities from the outset.
Planning & Resourcing
Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identify resource requirements and coordinate the selection and booking of appropriate freelancers and external partners. Keep project and resource records accurate and update the resource planner ahead of weekly meetings.
Budget & Commercial Management
Prepare, negotiate and manage project estimates, statements of work and related commercial parameters. Track budgets throughout delivery and ensure approved supplier invoices are processed accurately and promptly with the Finance team.
Creative & Production Partnership
Work closely with Creative and Production teams to support the development and delivery of world-class work. Help teams remain focused on the strategic brief while balancing creative ambition, timing, budget and practical requirements.
Delivery & Quality Control
Ensure project deliverables are prepared on schedule and meet all quality standards ahead of internal and client reviews. Maintain oversight of feedback, approvals and final delivery across every stage of the project.
Problem-Solving
Anticipate risks, identify solutions and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Remain calm and decisive when priorities shift, keeping teams aligned and projects moving forward.
Team Motivation
Inspire and motivate internal teams, freelancers, suppliers and clients to deliver their best work. Promote a collaborative, accountable and solutions-focused approach across every project.
Multi-Project Ownership
Manage multiple projects of varying scale and complexity simultaneously, bringing organization, process-oriented thinking and attention to detail to fast-moving creative environments.
Essential Experience & Skills
What We’re Looking For
Compensation
Base salary: $100,000 to $120,000 per year, plus a performance related bonus of up to 30% of base salary against agreed objectives. On target earnings: $130,000 to $156,000. Final compensation will be determined by experience and qualifications.
This position is based in New York. Interviews will take place online.
