Job Summary

Own client engagement and campaigns across relationship management, strategy, and cross-sell within programmatic ad tech, with SME duties on Equativ capabilities.

Own Client Relationships and Engagement, turning client insights into retention and growth opportunities.
Lead Campaign Strategy, execution readiness, and pre-launch collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Drive cross-sell opportunities and reporting, with SME ownership across sales cycle.

Job Description

Client Relationship Management: primary contact and trust-based relationships.
Engagement & Events: plan and execute client entertainment initiatives to enhance engagement and retention by participating in office hours, lunch & learns, and industry events
Campaign Planning & Strategy: develop client-aligned media strategies using market trends, audience insights, and competitive analysis.
Upsell & Growth: identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across open exchange and PMP formats.
Proactive Advisory: proactively address evolving client needs with strategic recommendations.
Performance & Reporting: use performance data to develop retention plans and uncover growth opportunities
Campaign Execution & Support: collaborate on pre-launch activities: brief reviews, creative mocks, sitelists, and quality checks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner closely with Sales and Optimization Managers to align on strategy, setup, and execution.
Subject Matter Expertise: own and develop an SME project to deepen expertise in Sharethrough/Equativ capabilities and support strategic outcomes across the sales cycle.
