Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of strategic publicity campaigns for talent clients across entertainment, lifestyle, and culture.
  • Manage day-to-day account responsibilities, including media outreach, interview coordination, press schedules, client updates, and campaign tracking.
  • Draft press materials, including biographies, press releases, media pitches, talking points, and award submissions with strong attention to detail and voice.
  • Proactively secure media opportunities, including feature stories, interviews, profiles, podcast placements, event coverage, and red-carpet opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with entertainment, celebrity, lifestyle, and trade media.
  • Coordinate press appearances, junkets, premieres, events, and award campaign logistics as needed.
  • Monitor media coverage and provide timely reporting, recaps, and strategic insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with social, influencer, brand partnerships, and digital teams to support integrated visibility opportunities for clients.
  • Stay current on entertainment news, pop culture, industry trends, and emerging media platforms.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and strategic thinking to help elevate client profiles and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in entertainment public relations or talent publicity; agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting talent clients.
  • Strong entertainment media relationships and demonstrated success securing press coverage.
  • Excellent writing, pitching, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple clients, projects, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong client service instincts.
  • Deep understanding of entertainment, celebrity culture, social media, and the evolving media landscape.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments including events, interviews, premieres, press junkets, and high-profile moments.
  • A collaborative team player who is resourceful, adaptable, and eager to grow within the entertainment PR industry.
  • Fluency with AI and productivity tools that enhance media monitoring, research, writing, and campaign execution is a plus.
