Drive end-to-end client projects for a Dallas-based agency, coordinating planning, budgeting, execution, and measurement.

Own end-to-end project management from planning to flawless execution and measurement.
Require 2–5 years in agency or CPG client service (Kroger preferred).
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving, cross-functional coordination, and clear client communication.

Responsibilities

partner closely with client and internal teams to manage and assist in projects end-to-end from planning and budgeting to flawless execution and measurement.
Proactive management of project timelines and tasks
Ability to troubleshoot, be a proactive thinker and problem-solver
Coordination and partnership with retailer marketing departments, external vendors, retailer contacts, other CPG brands, and agency partners
Financial proficiency with budgeting, invoicing, tracking, and reconciliation
Active participation in both internal and client status calls
Team collaboration, while exhibiting a high-level of personal responsibility and commitment
Demonstration of presentation skills, both written and verbal
Curiosity and a desire to learn and stay on top of industry trends
A combination of self-starter and team-player mindsets; contribute to agency initiatives and culture

Requirements

Education: Four-year Degree in marketing, communication, or related field
Experience: 2-5 yrs Agency or CPG / Client Service, preferably with Kroger experience
Job Type: Full-time, preferably Dallas-based with hybrid in-office schedule
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite
Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to client and agency needs

Preferred

Knowledge and experience of Retailer Media Networks (RMN), in-network retailer vendor partners and 3rd party vendor solutions; 84.51 and KPM experience is desired
Full understanding of Shopper / Omnichannel program life cycle (sell-in through sell-through)
