The Role:
Senior Account Executive
Location: NYC Hybrid at our Flatiron office (3 in-office days)
Salary Range: $65-75K based on experience
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in beauty PR, either agency or in-house
- Proven leadership skills, setting a positive tone, motivating the team, and providing clear direction to ensure success.
- An established media network, with the ability to leverage contacts across multiple platforms for maximum impact.
- Proficiency with industry tools like MuckRack, Cision, and other platforms
- Strong project management abilities, balancing multiple clients and priorities without compromising quality.
- Experience managing or overseeing high-profile events, product launches, and influencer partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to pitch and present ideas clearly to clients and media.
- A Bachelor’s degree in PR, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for day-to-day communications and leading all client calls.
- Maintain PR trackers with the latest project updates, award submissions, and more – while guiding junior team members to proactively capture and log press coverage.
- Leverage your media relationships across print, digital, and broadcast to land meaningful placements.
- Prioritize connecting with press through weekly in-person meetings.
- Craft press releases, pitches, strategic plans and talking points that get noticed, opened, and shared.
- Manage, mentor and supervise junior team members, helping them grow while keeping the team engaged and energized.
- Keep multiple accounts running smoothly, prioritize like a pro, and keep the team on point.
- Be part of planning and executing memorable product launches, influencer events, and IRL or virtual moments that stick.
- Stay on top of pop culture, what’s next, and where our clients should show up.
