Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Account lead across a flagship loyalty brand and its hotel portfolio.
  • Lead our largest always-on social AOR for a world‑class hospitality brand as the senior client and creative operations lead.
  • Build and run Jacob Media's social AOR from the ground up, overseeing strategy, content, community, and delivery with a lean 10+ person team shipping up to 50 assets a month across six platforms.
  • Own the first 90 days: take over the client relationship, establish operating rhythm, onboard the team, and ship the initial months of content.
  • Own account leadership and client partnership: senior day‑to‑day lead, weekly status, quarterly reviews, and ongoing strategic conversations with opportunities to expand scope.
  • Oversee content strategy and creative: monthly/quarterly content development, 50 assets/month, coordinate with Head of Creative Strategy and Creative Director, and manage global creator network.
  • Lead team operations and culture: manage 10+ team members, hiring/onboarding, role clarity, and communication flow.
  • Define KPIs with analytics, translate insights into action, deliver regular performance reporting, and maintain visibility into budget, resourcing, and scope.
  • Help build the social AOR practice: shape operating model, create playbooks and scalable systems, and align with leadership on positioning and pitches.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in agency account leadership, with meaningful time owning a premium global brand relationship, ideally in hospitality, travel, or luxury.
  • Direct experience running social for a brand at this calibre and scale.
  • Experience leading a multidisciplinary team of eight or more across creative, social, and analytics.
  • Calm under volume and ambiguity, able to keep the thread without losing momentum.
  • Sharp written and verbal communication; organized in a way that accelerates others.
  • Builder mindset; you want to shape how an agency runs accounts, not just inherit a playbook.

Preferred

  • Existing relationships inside the hospitality or travel marketing world.
  • Comfort working across global time zones and regional nuance (Asia, Europe, Middle East, Americas).
  • Experience standing up account operations or a new service line inside a growing agency.
