Job Summary

Own and shape marketing for the professional services segment by turning industry trends, buyer insights, and ABM alignment into targeted campaigns and field-ready assets.

Industry & Buyer One: Build expertise on professional services buyers, regulatory shifts, and market dynamics to drive messaging and content that resonates across ABM-enabled campaigns.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align product, sales, and marketing with a unified voice for named accounts and omni-channel programs.
Content & Enablement: Deliver segment assets, talk tracks, and value statements that feed launches and demand programs while partnering with GTM, Sales Enablement, and country teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop deep expertise in the professional services industry, particularly management consulting, such as regulatory environment, buyer behavior, competitive trends, and market dynamics.
Develop deep understanding of the customer personas, pain points, and jobs to be done.
Serve as the internal voice of the customer and market for professional services across marketing, product, and sales teams.
Monitor industry news, analyst reports, and regulatory changes to inform campaigns and content.
Develop audience-specific value propositions, messaging, and positioning for professional services buyers based on customer knowledge gained.
Tailor personas, value statements, messaging frameworks, and campaign themes to resonate with stakeholders in professional services and management consulting.
Lead development of segment-specific content for use in omni-channel campaigns globally.
Work as a core member of the industry campaign team to create an integrated marketing strategy to reach and serve the industry audience.
Align content and messaging with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and sales enablement initiatives.
Partner with sales and account teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and customer engagement for named accounts.

Requirements

3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with exposure to or direct focus on the professional services sector.
Demonstrated ability to translate industry trends into actionable marketing strategy.
Strong writing, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing.
Self-starter with the ability to successfully lead and drive programs forward.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
Experience in legal tech, risk management, or regulatory compliance marketing a strong advantage but not required
