Job Summary

Own on-site event presence by managing booths, engaging homeowners, and educating without selling to spark interest and collect follow-up data.

  • Booth Operations: Lead energetic, organized setup and lead capture at high-traffic fairs.
  • People Engagement: Build rapport, listen, and inform homeowners to create interest.
  • Data & Follow-up: Ensure accurate information collection and smooth handoff to the team for next steps.

Responsibilities

  • Manage promotional booths at high-traffic Fairs like the State Fair!
  • Greet and engage homeowners in a friendly, professional way
  • Educate homeowners about our services—no selling, just sparking interest!
  • Collect accurate homeowner information for follow-up
  • Keep your booth energetic, organized, and fun
  • Be part of a motivated, supportive team that loves to win together

Requirements

  • Outgoing, people-first attitude—love talking and connecting!
  • Gritty, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Strong communicator with great listening skills
  • Reliable transportation and availability for evenings/weekends as needed
  • Previous experience in customer service, events, retail, or promotions is a bonus—but not required!
