Search Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform daily account management for pay per click accounts on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for a variety of clients.
• Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, negative keywords, quality score and other important account metrics.
• Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists.
• Develop and test ad copy, extensions, and landing page recommendations.
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
• Build new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
• Keep pace with search engines and PPC industry trends and developments.
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
• At least 4 years’ experience in paid search & display marketing, lead generation and ecommerce.
• The ability to comprehend complex and detailed information and to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively and work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Ads (along with setting up new ad accounts with clients), Microsoft Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics.
• Google Ads certification
• Experience managing an UP TO one-million-dollar marketing budget with excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred

• Experience using Google Tag Manager is a nice plus.
