Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement SEO strategy across client accounts
• Prepare and present performance reports on a regular basis
• Drive organic search optimization, AI search optimization, and ROI maximization
• Partner with each account's Account Manager, and join client meetings as needed to provide authoritative SEO strategy and guidance
• Implement best-in-class local SEO campaigns
• Identify key SEO KPIs to track local and national campaign success
• Identify problems and deficiencies, and implement timely solutions
• Recommend improvements to process and productivity
• Collaborate closely with web developers and the marketing team
• Maintain a strong understanding of SEO's role in a modern, AI-influenced search landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of full-time experience planning and implementing SEO strategy for multiple clients, ideally within a digital marketing agency and for lead-generation clients
• Proven track record of SEO success
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and teammates
• Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple projects at once
• Positive, professional attitude
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
