Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel SEO and GEO strategy across all client accounts
• Lead client onboarding calls, monthly strategy sessions, and check-ins
• Build and deliver compelling performance reports that tell a story, not just dump data
• Issue monthly invoices and manage account administration with zero dropped balls
• Execute AI-powered workflows daily — content briefs, keyword clustering, schema markup, citation building
• Identify opportunities and surface insights before clients ask
• Coordinate directly with the COO and agency founders

Requirements

• 5+ years of documented SEO experience with measurable traffic and ranking results
• Proven client-facing experience — you have run calls and turned skeptical clients into advocates
• Technical fluency: Core Web Vitals, crawlability, schema markup, log file analysis, SPA/CSR limitations
• GEO experience: you understand how ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini surface content and optimize for it
• AI-native workflow: you use AI tools daily without sacrificing quality or brand voice
• Strong reporting skills: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush — you make data meaningful
• Administrative follow-through: invoices on time, reports before clients ask, nothing forgotten
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
