Element has an exciting opportunity for a Website Specialist with strong expertise in SEO, CMS management, and digital content to join our Global Digital Marketing team based in Blue Ash, Ohio.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, process-oriented, and passionate about SEO, content strategy, and digital experience optimization. As part of our fast-paced Global Digital Marketing team, you will play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing Elementâs portfolio of websites and digital platforms.
SEO will be a primary focus of the position. You will partner closely with the Senior SEO Specialist, bringing current, hands-on SEO expertise to initiatives ranging from technical site audits and optimization efforts to content recommendations and quality assurance. You will serve as a trusted SEO resource within the team, supporting day-to-day implementation, troubleshooting, and best practices.
A major component of this role will involve supporting Business Unit Marketers across the Americas by reviewing and managing content requests during U.S. business hours while the EMEAA team is offline. In addition, you will gain extensive hands-on experience building and updating website pages within the CMS while collaborating with the broader CMS and content review team to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality standards across all digital properties.
This is a hybrid role: you will work 3 days per week from our Blue Ash, OH office and 2 days per week from home.
