Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns on Google, including YouTube and other Google Ads products, to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search strategies with overall marketing objectives
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance through rigorous data analysis, A/B testing, and trend monitoring
  • Manage all paid search copywriting, ad copy testing, and landing page testing
  • Own paid search reporting and analysis, turning data into insights to drive actions that improve the SEM program
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while adhering to financial plans
  • Generate insightful reports on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
  • Owns the Google Ads pixel and conversion event library, managing communications with the web team to make sure our ad accounts are aligned to website updates and tracking remains in working order
  • Stay updated with industry trends/advancements to keep AZEK at the forefront of digital innovation

Requirements

  • Extensive experience, at least 3-5 years with hands on keyboards managing paid search media campaigns on Google and Microsoft
  • Strong understanding of media channels within Google ecosystem (including PMAX, Demand Gen, YouTube)
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Proven track record of developing strategies that drive measurable results
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
