Responsibilities - Manage salon reservation scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations via phone, email, and booking platforms - Deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm, professional guest communication using our salon dialogue - Capture behind-the-scenes salon content including transformations, team highlights, and promotions - Create and curate engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (this content submitted to our social media manager) - Collaborate with stylists and salon leadership to promote services, events, and special offers - Track front desk metrics and assist with administrative duties as needed - Develop \"Guest Eyes\" to make sure the salon always looks it best for every guest, every time
