Job Summary

Own the donor stewardship and communications engine, blending storytelling, event support, and trauma-informed client-centered practice to educate and engage supporters while maintaining accurate records and website content across multiple platforms.

  • Stewardship: educate and engage through public speaking and media requests.
  • Communications & Content: develop newsletters, blogs, emails, and social content to support events and fundraising.
  • Operations & Compliance: manage records across CSN, Raiser’s Edge, Financial Edge, and Timeforce; ensure QA and documentation.

Job Description

  • Stewardship: Increase awareness of victimization and resources through public speaking and media requests as assigned by supervisor.
  • Communications & Content: Create monthly e-newsletters, bi-weekly blogs, and agency email communications for event support and fundraising campaigns.
  • Brand & Collateral: Design print and digital collateral to support events, fundraising appeals, and donor stewardship.
  • Social Media: Create, execute, and evaluate social media content to meet agency and department goals and objectives.
  • Outreach & Inquiries: Direct and/or respond to general agency inquiries, including requests for speakers, media interviews, and donation requests received through website form and social media.
  • Website Management: Maintain accuracy of Safe Alliance website content and support website updates for The Umbrella Center.
  • Client-Centered Service: Use a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to act with the client in mind and meet client needs and expectations to the extent possible.
  • Administration & Records: Maintain confidential and accurate, up-to-date client, stakeholder, intern, and volunteer records across CSN, Raiser’s Edge, Financial Edge and Timeforce.
  • Compliance & QA: Adhere to procedures for documentation, Critical Incident Reports, and Client Satisfaction Surveys; participate in Quality Assurance.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed of best practices and ensure licensure and certifications are up to date; contribute to agency effectiveness as needed.
  • Requirements: Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Experience.
