Responsibilities

• Walk pre-mapped neighborhood routes and hang flyers according to SOP.
• Typically complete 1–3 route segments per day (each ~250–300 doors).
• Use our Android mobile app for GPS breadcrumb tracking and photo checkpoints.
• Follow safety guidelines and attend short daily huddles.
• Maintain a high QA pass rate (reruns required on misses).
• Route Quality Standards: GPS coverage ≥95% of the mapped route; Required photo checkpoints throughout the segment; Flyers placed correctly; Completed within the assigned time window.

Requirements

• Android smartphone capable of installing our route tracking app. The job requires GPS tracking, photo checkpoints, and route verification through the app. iPhones are not supported for this role.
• You must be able to walk 6–10 miles per day.
• You can comfortably move at a brisk, consistent pace (~80+ flyers per hour after training).
• You're a Fit If: You like being measured on clear metrics, You're punctual, honest, and take pride in doing simple work well.
• Personal vehicle required to reach assigned routes across the Denver metro. Public transit and ride-shares are not suitable for this role, as routes vary daily and may require traveling between multiple neighborhoods.
• Schedule availability indicates Day Shift (Preferred)
