Responsibilities

• Coordinate Marketing Specialist tasks across campaigns, content, communications, client requests, and reporting priorities for Lorygen Group.
• Maintain campaign calendars, asset status, approvals, and supporting documentation so marketing work moves on schedule. This supports the Marketing Specialist role. The work is completed for Lorygen Group.
• Review performance data and prepare clear updates that connect Marketing Specialist activity with measurable campaign or audience outcomes. The work is completed for Lorygen Group.
• Work with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, or creative partners to keep deliverables accurate, consistent, and on brand. This supports the Marketing Specialist role. The work is completed for Lorygen Group.
• Quality-check campaign information, content, records, and handoffs before completion and document important changes or decisions. This supports the Marketing Specialist role. The work is completed for Lorygen Group.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform Marketing Specialist work, or closely related training/experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software for Lorygen Group.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions in the Marketing Specialist workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace for this remote Marketing Specialist position.
