Responsibilities

• Own the design and evolution of incentive programs driving revenue, acquisition, and retention.
• Partner with Sales leadership to ensure programs align with seller behavior and GTM priorities.
• Oversee planning, timelines, and cross-functional workflows to execute incentive programs on time.

Requirements

• 6+ years in strategy & operations, sales ops, management consulting, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years designing or operating incentive, pricing, or promotional programs with measurable outcomes.
• Proven cross-functional program building with on-time delivery.

Preferred

• Experience in digital advertising and Salesforce is preferred.
