Job Summary

Own the full revenue growth agenda across strategy, pricing, and trade spend, delivering proforma P&Ls, pricing architecture, and ROI analyses to drive top and bottom-line growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in the development and implementation of a comprehensive short and long-term revenue growth strategy aligned with organizational and financial goals
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to deliver a robust innovation agenda and profitable channel and customer development strategies
  • Prepare proforma P&Ls for new product innovations and pricing requests for new and existing products, and provide recommendations
  • Work with Sales & Marketing to develop an optimal price/pack architecture and a short and long-term revenue management roadmap
  • Deliver an annual price increase recommendation across all segments and SKUs inr alignment with Sales and Marketing
  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing to design an optimal annual trade spend/promotion plan that supports top and bottom-line growth and maximizes campaign effectiveness
  • Complete ROI/payback analyses for trade promotions and investment requests and provide recommendations
  • Analyze internal business performance data and external market data to understand and quantify revenue growth levers and inform decision-making and target-setting
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure delivery of strategic objectives and prepare monthly and quarterly topline performance reports for leadership
  • Provide actionable insights and analyses to senior leadership for top and bottom-line improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in revenue management or sales/marketing finance
  • Previous Consumer Products Goods industry experience required
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills required
  • Computer proficiency required in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • ERP systems knowledge required; MS Business Central a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Hybrid model: minimum of 3 days on-site at Brooklyn office
