Job Summary

Support BRUNT’s loyalty program operations across Shopify and related channels to keep rewards, communications, and promotions running smoothly for members.

  • Own and coordinate day-to-day loyalty program activities, including rewards setup and communications.
  • Must-have: ~1 year in marketing or e-commerce with comfort in Shopify/Klaviyo.
  • Standout: Bridges between retention, creative, and digital teams to ensure assets are delivered on schedule.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Loyalty Operations (Rivo): Assist in the day-to-day management of the BRUNT loyalty program within Rivo. This includes setting up rewards, updating communications, and ensuring the program runs smoothly for our members.
  • Direct Mail Coordination: Support the planning and execution of physical mailers, ensuring our “boots on the ground” approach reaches customer’ mailboxes accurately and on time.
  • Lifecycle Support: Help monitor and update automated “flows” to ensure our customer journey remains fresh and effective.
  • Site Updates: Partner with the Digital team to ensure all active promotions (loyalty specific and sitewide) are correctly reflected on the website.
  • Promo Coordination: Help set up and test discount codes and promotional logic in Shopify to ensure a frictionless checkout for our customers.
  • Performance Tracking: Assist in gathering data for promotional recap reports, helping the team understand redemption rates and campaign ROI.
  • Creative Trafficking: Take the lead on the creative brief submission process for select programs you’ll own. You’ll be the bridge between the Retention and Creative teams, ensuring all assets are briefed, tracked, and delivered on schedule.
  • Email & SMS Overflow: Partner with our Email Marketing Associate to support the end-to-end execution of campaigns in Klaviyo and Postscript. You will act as “overflow” support to ensure all scheduled sends are built and deployed on time.
  • Quality Control: Serve as the final set of eyes for all retention assets - checking links, grammar, and formatting before anything reaches the customer.

Requirements

  • Experience: ~1 year of experience in a marketing or e-commerce role (internships count!)
  • Platform Curiosity: You are comfortable (or eager to learn) in Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript. Experience with Rivo or other loyalty platforms is a major plus.
  • Organization: You’re a natural project manager. You enjoy keeping lists, hitting deadlines, and making sure no detail is missed.
  • Analytical Basics: You are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable looking at basic data to see how a campaign performed.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; you aren’t afraid to follow up with team members to keep a project moving.
  • Adaptability: You’re comfortable jumping into a fast-paced environment and taking direction from different leaders as the team grows and evolves.

    Benefits

    • Healthcare: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
    • Retirement: 401(k) plan with Company Match.
    • Paid Time Off: 15 days of PTO, plus 11 paid holidays and sick leave.
    • Incentives: Performance-based bonus eligibility and Equity if applicable.
