Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize sponsored product, sponsored brand, and display campaigns across Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect using Pacvue
Build and maintain bid strategies, budget pacing, and automation rules within Pacvue to hit ROAS/ACOS targets
Monitor keyword and placement performance, conduct regular audits, and surface optimization opportunities
Partner with the e-commerce team on product listing optimization, catalog health, and content that supports ad performance
Deliver regular reporting on spend, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, and channel-level profitability, using Pacvue's reporting suite
Stay current on retail media platform updates (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, etc.) and recommend strategy adjustments
Collaborate with finance/operations on channel-segmented performance reporting
Support new marketplace launches and expansion into additional retail media channels as needed

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience managing retail media campaigns on Amazon Ads and/or Walmart Connect
Direct working experience with the Pacvue platform (campaign management, bid automation, and reporting) required
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, and conversion metrics
Experience managing budgets and pacing across multiple SKUs/campaigns
Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience in home improvement, hardware, or DTC/CPG product categories
Familiarity with Shopify and multi-channel e-commerce operations
Experience with Instacart, Target Roundel, or other emerging retail media platforms
Pacvue University certification(s)
