Walmart/Amazon Ads Execution: Setup, optimize, and report on campaigns across Walmart Connect and Amazon Ads.
Daily Optimization: Bid, budget, keyword, and targeting decisions to hit ROAS and share-of-voice targets.
Cross-Channel Alignment: Coordinate with sales and category teams on promotions, launches, and retail events; translate results into actionable guidance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build, launch, and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display campaigns on Walmart Connect
Optimize daily: bids, budgets, keywords, item targeting, and placements against ROAS and share-of-voice goals
Run and reconcile campaign reporting; translate performance into clear recommendations
Manage Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products/Brands, DSP a plus)
Partner with sales and category teams to align media with promotions, item launches, and retail events

Requirements

3+ years running retail media campaigns hands-on, with deep Walmart Connect experience
Amazon Ads experience strongly preferred
Fluent in campaign metrics (ROAS, CPC, conversion, incrementality) and comfortable in Excel
Experience with Walmart Scintilla or similar retail data
Self-directed executor who catches pacing issues before they become problems
