Job Description

The Outfitter / Marketing Coordinator serves as a customer-facing member of the store team with a primary focus on delivering an exceptional outfitting experience on the sales floor.
This role works directly with customers to ensure the proper fit of footwear, apparel, and accessories by utilizing Fleet Feet’s fit process while promoting in-store events, training programs, and other store initiatives.
This role supports the store’s local marketing and community outreach efforts by helping connect with both existing customers and new individuals in the surrounding community who are interested in movement, fitness, wellness, and healthy lifestyles.
Working closely with store leadership and the Marketing Manager, this position assists in driving traffic into the store, supporting sales goals, and helping acquire and retain customers through grassroots marketing, local partnerships, outreach events, and content support

We provide many services including our shoe fit process, bra fit process, apparel assistance, nutrition and hydration guidance along with training programs and events. We are a locally owned and operated believe in giving back to those who give so much to us. We are very passionate about our non-profit youth fitness initiative, Project Fit. This program is a free after school running platform that encourages youth fitness. There are currently 20 schools participating in Project Fit and more than 1,500 children benefitting from the program.
