Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Welcome every customer with a warm, professional attitude.
• Online Order Fulfillment: Ensure orders are packaged professionally and ready for shipping or local pickup.
• Assist with shipping labels and order tracking.
• Marketing & Social Media: Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
• Marketing & Social Media: Record videos, take product photos, and create lifestyle content.
• Marketing & Social Media: Brainstorm creative marketing campaigns and promotional ideas.
• Marketing & Social Media: Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Customer Communication: Respond professionally to phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media messages.
• Customer Communication: Answer customer questions about products, orders, shipping, and promotions.
• Customer Communication: Resolve customer concerns in a positive and professional manner; modify as needed.

Preferred

• Retail or cashier experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Basic understanding of social media marketing
• Comfortable creating videos and taking photos
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with Shopify or POS systems is a plus
• Basic understanding of inventory management
• Interest in entrepreneurship or small business operations
• Location: Valley Stream, NY on-site
