Job Summary

Own the in-person lead gen engine at events and stores by engaging homeowners, educating them on windows and remodeling, and booking in-home consultations.

Represent the brand at retail and event activations to drive qualified leads
Own the booth experience, data capture, and follow-up scheduling
Coordinate training, coaching, and team meetings to hit lead goals

Job Description

Responsibilities

Represent All Weather Seal at retail stores, home shows, trade shows, festivals, and community events
Greeting and engage homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
Educating customers about our windows, bathroom remodeling, and roofing services
Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations
Collect and accurately enter customer information into company systems
Maintain an organized, attractive, and inviting booth or display area
Achieve individual and team lead generation goals
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings

Requirements

Reliable transportation
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Comfortable standing and interacting with customers throughout your shift
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

Preferred

Previous experience is helpful but not required—we'll train the right person
