Job Summary

Own foot-in-the-door in-store conversations and appointment booking for window replacements, turning walk-ins into no-cost expert visits and feeding the feedback loop for faster next-step action.

In-store Prospecting: Talk to customers on the floor to generate interest and qualify leads.
Appointment Ownership: Schedule no-cost visits with a Renewal by Andersen expert and coordinate next steps.

Responsibilities

Work on-site at premier partner locations.
Talk to prospective customers in the store.
Book appointments for a no-cost appointment with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.
Follow up with feedback and information recaps with the team for next steps.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States
You’re a true people person
Motivated to help build the RBA footprint
Dedicated and dependable team player
Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
