Responsibilities

• Represent nationally recognized client brands through professional face-to-face customer interactions in a retail environment.
• Educate customers about products and services while identifying solutions that fit their needs.
• Support in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events to increase brand awareness.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge and professional development training.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Dependable with reliable transportation to our Houston office and assigned retail locations.
