Job Description
Responsibilities
- Talk to shoppers as they pass by at BJ\'s Wholesale Club and start conversations
- Say hi, strike up a conversation, and ask if they\'ve ever looked at what solar could do for their electric bill
- When someone\'s interested, you book them a free consultation with our design team — and that\'s where your part ends
- You\'ll be stationed at a table inside BJ\'s during club hours, talking with members who pass by
- Present yourself professionally and follow BJ\'s in-club standards

- 18+ and can work a retail schedule, including weekends
- Genuinely like people and can start a conversation with anyone
- Stay upbeat through a slow hour
- Show up on time, every time
