Responsibilities

• Prepare and update recurring reports, trackers, and status summaries using data from brand and marketing strategy, market research, promotional campaigns, events, customer engagement, and communications in the Reporting Analyst role at Start Club Corp.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Reporting Analyst role at Start Club Corp.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across marketing, research, and events in this Reporting Analyst position.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Start Club Corp team as part of Reporting Analyst work.

Requirements

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Reporting Analyst opening at Start Club Corp.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
