Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising channels
• Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals
• Manage content creation, scheduling, and brand messaging to drive client acquisition
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to streamline operational workflows
• Support client onboarding processes and maintain a high standard of customer experience
• Identify growth opportunities and implement scalable systems and processes

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, operations management, or a related field
• Proven track record managing digital marketing campaigns and operational systems
• Strong proficiency with marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or email platforms
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask remotely
• Experience in the health, wellness, or weight loss industry is a strong plus
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
