Responsibilities

Manage daily and weekly online marketing efforts to promote The Breakthrough’s personal development products and retreats
Promote and apply personal development resources and retreats through multiple digital channels
Build authentic connections with our audience and potential clients
Support others on their leadership and mindset journeys through thoughtful communication (phone, email, virtual meetings)
Use technology daily and navigate online marketing platforms and portals to track campaigns and manage content
Participate in regular team training and mentorship to build your skills and confidence
Align your personal growth with meaningful work that fits your lifestyle

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience
Strong English language and grammar skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
A caring, friendly approach to helping others grow
Self-motivation and discipline to maintain a consistent schedule in a remote role
A growth mindset and willingness to learn
Availability to commit at least 15 hours per week
Reliable high-speed internet access

Preferred

Experience in marketing, education, or related fields is a plus, but not required
