Relationship Development Specialist (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with senior living communities, healthcare providers, real estate professionals, attorneys, and other referral partners.
• Increase community awareness of Caring Transitions services through ongoing outreach and relationship-building efforts.
• Attend networking events, community programs, and local business gatherings as a company representative.
• Follow up consistently with contacts to nurture partnerships and remain a trusted local resource.
• Identify opportunities to connect families with services that can help simplify major life transitions.
• Track outreach activity and maintain organized communication with referral partners.

Requirements

• Enjoys networking and building authentic professional relationships.
• Communicates confidently and professionally with a wide variety of people.
• Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Has excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
• Has reliable transportation and is comfortable attending meetings and events throughout the service area.

Preferred

• Experience in senior services, healthcare, real estate, community outreach, or relationship management is helpful but not required.
