Position Summary:

Richmark Properties is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Manager to oversee the performance, operations, and compliance of multiple multifamily communities within their assigned region. The Regional Manager will provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational support to Property Managers and their teams, ensuring financial success, resident satisfaction, and adherence to company policies and Fair Housing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and financial performance of multiple apartment communities within assigned portfolio

Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to Property Managers and site teams

Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, financial reports, and occupancy goals

Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing laws, local ordinances, and company policies

Conduct regular property visits to review operations, curb appeal, maintenance standards, and resident relations

Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, property improvements, and capital projects

Assist with staffing needs, recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee development

Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, leasing efforts, and marketing strategies across properties

Review and approve invoices, contracts, and vendor relationships within company guidelines

Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and implement best practices

Represent the company with professionalism in all resident, vendor, and community interactions

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in multifamily property management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or regional role

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multiple teams across different locations

Proven track record of meeting financial goals, occupancy targets, and operational performance metrics

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to interact effectively at all levels

Knowledge of property management software (experience with ResMan is a plus)

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel required)

Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Weekend availability as needed based on property and regional needs

Travel within assigned region required
