Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing, communications, hospitality, foodservice, retail, or operations experience; multi-unit or regional experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand messaging across all levels of the organization.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence skills.
• Analytical, business-minded, and comfortable translating data into marketing decisions.
• Hands-on merchandising skills — comfortable physically implementing displays and coaching operators on execution.
• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfort with video content creation/editing and responsible use of AI-assisted tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently.

Preferred

• multi-unit or regional experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, social media management, and analytics tools preferred.
