Responsibilities

• This position is remote, but will require up to 50% travel. Overnight travel may be required.
• The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing communities in the assigned region and reports to the Director of Marketing. Cenus growth through vision, mission, growth.
• Conducting site visits, weekly and quarterly reporting.
• The Regional Marketing Coordinator will walk communities, develop new processes, and work leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field required
• Must have a minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing (lead generation and conversion)
• Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships required
• Evidence of local referral network from which to develop referrals
• Must be able and willing to travel, overnight travel required
• Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
