Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Travel to assigned regions to support marketing, communications, and business development initiatives.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring SpecialtyRx branding, messaging, and visual standards are consistently represented across all assigned locations.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of regional locations to ensure marketing materials, signage, and branded assets remain current and aligned with company standards.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage educational webinars and virtual events for healthcare facility partners in collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external presenters.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing to maintain a consistent regional presence across digital communication channels.
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of regional marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Regional Leadership to support employee engagement, company culture, internal communications, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Support marketing efforts for new pharmacy openings, acquisitions, and other strategic regional initiatives.
  • Coordinate promotional materials, branded merchandise, and marketing supplies for meetings, conferences, and regional events.
  • Build strong working relationships with regional leadership and operational teams to identify marketing opportunities and support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with marketing, graphic design, or content creation software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly throughout assigned regions.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy, or Long-Term Care organizations.
  • Experience coordinating webinars, educational programs, conferences, or corporate events.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media management, email marketing, or graphic design software.
  • Experience supporting marketing initiatives during new location openings, acquisitions, or organizational growth.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and employee engagement strategies.
