Job Summary
Own Maine referral-marketing effort by building relationships with healthcare pros, driving targeted referrals, and executing community outreach to raise brand presence and partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with Maine hospitals and senior-care facilities to meet referral targets.
- Coordinate multi-phase marketing programs and events to ensure timely execution and measurable impact.
- Elevate local brand through community engagement initiatives and strategic outreach to key stakeholders.
Job Description
- Achieve assigned referral goals by completing all phases of marketing strategies with targeted healthcare professionals at multiple levels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the Maine area, including hospitals and healthcare organizations
- Create and curate community engagement initiatives to elevate our brand among the community
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and work independently
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure successful execution of marketing strategies
- Present a professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to attend occasional events as required
- Relevant and equivalent work experience in healthcare or a related field
- Related business experience, preferably in the senior care industry
- Ability to work in the field and travel occasionally
- Knowledge of the admissions/discharge process with respect to long-term care facilities
- Experience with NaviHealth referral management and familiarity with Medicare & MaineCare is preferred
