Drive regional demand-generation operations as a Regional Demand Generation Operations Manager, aligning marketing, BDR, and sales to optimize funnel performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Run weekly and monthly operating cadences across BDR, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Lead pipeline and performance tracking (lead volume, lead quality, opportunity creation).
  • Facilitate weekly BDR syncs to ensure consistent pipeline generation.
  • Optimize the demand-generation funnel and improve conversion rates at each stage.
  • Monitor and improve data flows (accounts, contacts, leads), ensuring data hygiene.
  • Support inbound, outbound, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) motions.
  • Act as a strategic operational partner to the Regional Demand Generation Leader.
  • Represent the leader in key workstreams, QBRs, and regional initiatives.
  • Recommend strategic investments (programs, BDR capacity, incentives/spiffs).
  • Lead BDR target setting and performance reporting quarterly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Demand Generation Operations or Marketing Operations.
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, pipeline management, and funnel performance.
  • Experience working with BDR/SDR teams and sales stakeholders.
  • Ability to support large, cross-functional marketing organizations (50–100+ people).
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders (Director/VP level).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and act on performance data.
  • Highly organized individual with the ability to manage recurring processes and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven individual with the ability to operate independently.
  • Experience coordinating across marketing, sales, and operations functions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting multi-region teams (North America and LATAM).
  • Background in B2B or high-scale demand generation environments.
  • Experience in a Chief of Staff, Program Manager, or Strategic Ops role.
  • Hands-on experience with demand generation tech stack and tools.
