Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local general dentists, orthodontists, pediatric dentists, and other oral health providers
  • Drive awareness and preference for the oral surgeons in the Allied OMS network by showcasing their unique capabilities and patient care excellence
  • Execute targeted referral marketing strategies to increase patient referrals across Austin, San Antonio, and Hill Country
  • Partner with each practice to understand their referral goals, track progress, and refine strategies accordingly
  • Plan and manage outreach visits, lunch-and-learns, small events, and creative campaigns to engage referral sources
  • Design simple, on-brand marketing pieces to support referral and event initiatives—including flyers, brochures, and promotional items
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop materials and messaging that resonate with referring providers
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on referral trends and campaign effectiveness; adjust tactics to improve performance
  • Ensure consistency and professionalism in all external interactions and materials

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in referral marketing, field marketing, physician liaison work, or healthcare sales—dental or medical field strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with providers or B2B partners in a service-based industry
  • Highly self-motivated and organized with a track record of independently managing a territory or client base
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the polish to represent clinical providers to other professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, track referral trends, and optimize outreach strategies based on insights
  • Creative thinker with a knack for finding fresh, strategic ways to engage a professional audience
  • Experience planning and executing lunch-and-learns, provider visits, or small-scale events
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, spreadsheets, or simple analytics tools to stay organized and measure success
  • Basic graphic design skills required; must be comfortable creating materials using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Must be based in the Austin area and have reliable transportation to visit local practices regularly
