Responsibilities

• In this role, you'll represent the Re-Bath brand at retail locations, home shows, community events, and other high-traffic venues. Your primary responsibility is generating qualified leads, building customer relationships, and scheduling in-home bathroom remodeling consultations.
• Represent the Re-Bath brand professionally at retail locations, events, trade shows, and home improvement expos.
• Approach and engage homeowners through face-to-face conversations.
• Build relationships with customers and identify remodeling opportunities.
• Educate customers about Re-Bath products and services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations.
• Follow company sales scripts and lead-generation processes.
• Enter lead information accurately into CRM systems.
• Track activity and performance metrics (KPIs).
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support business growth.

Requirements

• Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, event marketing, canvassing, retail sales, direct sales, customer acquisition, or field marketing preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and public speaking skills.
• Comfortable approaching new people and starting conversations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
• Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for weekends, evenings, and special events.

Preferred

• Home Depot, Lowe's, home improvement, retail marketing, or promotional marketing experience is a plus
